1. Entity Relationship:

• Nevflix and Plex Inc. are entirely separate entities without any official affiliation.

• Nevflix operates as an exclusive streaming media library hosted on a privately-owned server, made accessible through the Plex platform, and is under the management of Nevan [redacted] (henceforth referred to as the Nevflix administrator).

• Plex Inc. is an American streaming media service and client-server media player platform.

2. Acknowledgment and Risks:

• By utilizing Nevflix, users explicitly acknowledge and agree to all statements outlined in these terms.

• Users accept and assume any risks associated with accessing and utilizing Nevflix.

• The availability of Nevflix, being a privately hosted and managed content library, cannot be guaranteed.

3. Access Authority and Discretion:

• The Nevflix administrator reserves the unequivocal right to deny access to any individual at his sole discretion, without being obligated to provide any reason.

• The content available on Nevflix is entirely at the administrator's sole discretion, granting him the authority to add or remove content as he deems appropriate.

• Nevflix is considered an exclusive content library, and sharing access with untrusted individuals is not advisable.

• Access to Nevflix may be promptly revoked for individuals who entertain any notion of reporting Nevflix in any manner.

4. Financial Contributions Clarification:

• Any financial contributions made under the guise of being "to Nevflix" are, in actuality, construed as personal gifts to the Nevflix administrator and are not legally considered payment for services rendered.

• Access to Nevflix may be terminated at any time, without prior warning, and without any obligation to refund the person or persons whose access was terminated.

• This applies universally, encompassing both voluntary contributions and contributions characterized as "required," with both considered contributions willfully made as financial gifts to the Nevflix administrator, per these terms.

• Users expressly agree not to pursue any legal action in the event their access to Nevflix is revoked.

5. Conditions for Continued Access:

• • Continued access to Nevflix is contingent on the following conditions:

    • The explicit acknowledgement and agreement with all the terms outlined in this document.

    • Non-exempt persons are subject to making contributions in the amount of $40 every six months or greater. Discounted offers may be made at the Nevflix administrator's discretion.

    • All persons with access to Nevflix are expected to like our Facebook page and/or follow us on X.

    • Those without access to either Facebook or X are expected to notify the Nevflix administrator so that he can send them important updates via email.

    • All emails sent by Nevflix and all posts published on the Nevflix Facebook or X profile are expected to be, at minimum, perused in the event of a major change to process or a new rule.

    • A Nevflix email lost due to spam filtering or any other reason is not considered an excuse for missing out on crucial information, as individuals are expected to ensure that our email addresses (@nevflix.us) are whitelisted.

By engaging with Nevflix, users explicitly agree to and acknowledge the comprehensive terms stipulated herein, encompassing aspects of access, content, financial contributions, and continued access conditions.
