You can now report issues with content directly within Plex. It only takes a minute. With your help by reporting these issues as you find them, together we’ll make sure all content on Nevflix is as high-quality as it can be!
Some issues you may come across that we encourage you to report include (but not limited to): issues with subtitles, poor audio quality, poor video quality, laggy playback, and frame-rate issues.
To report issues on Plex:
On Plex Web: select the vertical ellipsis ⋯ at the bottom right of the poster for the content you want to report on, select Report Issue..., describe the issue in detail and hit Send.
On iPhone/iPad: select the content you want to report on, tap the ellipsis ⋯, select Report Issue..., describe the issue in detail and hit Send.
I’ll be notified of the issue and address it as soon as I can. You’ll get a notification in Plex with an update once the issue is addressed.
